3. Planning Permission is being sought for construction of a photovoltaic ground-mounted solar array, mounted on lightweight galvanised frames. The works to include a 175m long underground trench to connect the solar array to the existing above-ground Plant Room. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the office of the relevant planning authority.
