Planning permission for the following: Refurbish and extend existing dwelling including the demolition of the existing extension to the rear and the front porch, remove existing roof to main dwelling, increase the height of the eaves to storey and a half level and re-roof complete with three box dormers to the front and two to the rear, erect new extension to the rear of existing dwelling with part of the extension as a storey and a half and the remainder as a single story building, erect new flat roof bay window to the front of old dwelling and fit insulation to the external face of the old walls as well as the new walls above to the old dwelling, fit all new windows and doors to existing and new building complete with all ancillary site works associated with the development including parking and turning area on our site
