The proposed development will consist of the construction of 40 no. houses comprising detached, semi-detached and terraced 3-bed and 4-bed units, upgrading of existing field entry point to entrance suitable to serve the new development, provision of public open space, a riparian reservation along Northern and Eastern boundaries, arboricultural works to protect mature trees being retained on site, landscaping, site services and associated site works.
