the proposal is to convert the existing garage into a habitable room, create a new w.c and alter the front elevation. Alterations to the elevation include: raising the level of the garage roof to match internal floor levels, converting the garage door to a bay window, replacing a front window with double doors, replacing the existing front door with a small window, and cladding a section of the elevation with timber.
