the development will consist of works to the folly, located to the south-east corner of the stable building, comprising the installation of a mono-pitched slate roof (to match original roof profile); resetting of original cappings and provision of wall cappings (to match original); provision of 2 no. timber framed windows with glazing within existing window openings on the northern and southern elevations; and installation of a half round cast iron gutter and round downpipe to the western elevation. The development will also consist of works to the upper walled garden comprising the removal of existing gravel paths, timber steps and landscaping, and their replacement with a tennis court (c. 39.6 m x c. 21.4m) with surrounding steel post net fencing (c. 2.8m in height); associated ground regrading works; and all ancillary site development works above and below ground.
