Meath County Council I, Darren McDermott, intend to apply for permission for retention of development and permission for development at Oakland Lodge, Fleenstown, The Ward, Co. Meath, D11 XE93. The development will consist of 1) Retention Permission for Oakland Lodge for the change of use from Tack House to dwelling. 2) Permission to omit condition 11 of planning permission 98/1001. 3) Retention of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant 4) Permission for a new sand polishing filter 5) Permission to remove the two existing entrances at Oakland Lodge 6) Permission to remove the one entrance to Oakland House 7) Permission to form a single entrance to serve Oakland Lodge and Oakland House west of the existing entrances 8) all associated site works. The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority during its public opening hours, and a submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee (€20.00) within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Planning Authority of the application.
