The development will consist of the demolition of the existing outbuilding adjoined to the existing dwelling, the restoration of the existing dwelling and its associated internal and external alterations (including the removal of the existing first floor), the provision of a storey and a half style extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, the opening of a new vehicular entrance to the site and the closure of the existing vehicular entrance (including the rerouting of the driveway) and the provision of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area with all associated site development works.
