The development will consist of: 1. Retention permission for the existing farm store, office, and accommodation on site. 2. Demolition of the existing front porch, rear annex, and rear open shed attached to the two-storey dwelling house located to the front of the site along the main road. 3. Construction of a new front porch and a new two-storey rear extension, together with all associated and ancillary works to the existing two-storey dwelling house to the front of the site. 4. Decommissioning and removal of the existing septic tank and percolation area, and installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to service all existing units on the site.
