a) A new single storey energy centre comprising an internal plant room with roof mounted photovoltaic panels and associated external compound, along with a sub-station and switch room. b) 24 permanent car spaces with covered canopy incorporating photovoltaic panels (300 m²). c) Associated alterations to car parking, drainage and site works. Permission is also sought for the retention of the existing car park on a temporary basis for 10 years. The car park shall have a reduced parking capacity of 294 spaces (excluding the 24 spaces mentioned above)
