It is proposed to change 1 no. permitted treatment/ consulting room in Block A to 1 no. 1 bedroom independent living unit (Type F, 50 sq. m.) and to change 1 no. permitted management suite in Block A to 1 no. 2 bedroom independent living unit (Type E, 73 sq. m.). No changes are proposed to the external elevations. All on a total site area of approx. 1.19ha. The proposed development is located within the curtilage of a protected structure (Dunboyne Castle).
