1) Demolish rear adjoining shed and construct a single storey extension to the rear of the existing single storey dwelling house 2) refurbish the existing dwelling house including alterations to the elevations 3) construct a new site entrance to the west of the site 4) install a replacement on site wastewater treatment and disposal system in accordance with the EPA code of practice 2021 5) all associated site works
