The development will consist of the retention & completion of alterations to the external elevations of existing retail / convenience store premises to include additional signage to North & West elevations, application of stone cladding to North & West Elevations, relocation of main entrance door and additional window to West elevation, replacement of glazed doors with roller shutter door to East elevation.
