Subdivide the existing site to create two separate sites and to erect a new timber fence along the new boundary to divide the sites. Site A will contain the existing dwelling, permission is also sought to create a new Vehicular entrance to serve site A. Site B will be accessed via the existing vehicular entrance along with all associated site development works
