The development will consist of: (1) construction of a 51 m² single-storey extension to the north side of the existing dwelling; (2) construction of a 122 m² ancillary dry-store shed; (3) temporary siting of one mobile home for a period not exceeding 12 months ancillary to the works; (4) decommissioning and removal of the existing septic tank and installation of a new wastewater treatment system and soil percolation area, together with all associated site works.
