The development will consist of: the demolition of an existing animal pen A (209sq.m) and lean-to storage barn B (81sq.m); relocation of an existing 3 bay hay shed C (195sq.m) and cattle shed D (275sq.m) previously granted permission for demolition under PA Reg. 24/60633 and amendments to the aforementioned 3 bay hay shed C to include the addition of 1no. bay, full height walls and a roller shutter door to create a secure machine shed (an increase in area of 37 sq.m); amendments to the aforementioned cattle shed D to include reconfiguration, addition of a double-barrel roof, full height walls and roller shutter doors to create a secure barn for agriculture equipment (a reduction in area of 59sq.m); and all associated site works, drainage and ancillary services.
