The development will consist of planning permission to modify the previously approved development under planning file reference P24/60020. Permission is sought for the demolition and rebuilding of the existing structure, together with modifications to the approved use of certain areas to provide for storage, a youth center/multi-functional area, and a repair and reuse room. The development will also include all associated ancillary works, site services, and other development works as set out in the planning application documents.
