PERMISSION:. The development will consist of demolition of the former Fr. Lar Redmond Community Centre (1 storey, c. 160m2) and the construction of a proposed age in place (over 55) residential development consisting of a 6-storey built form bounding Keeper Road with a 5-storey block behind, inclusive of recessed top floor. Accommodation provided will consist of: 20no. 1 bed (2 person) units, designed as older person housing. Construction of ground level car parking and plant facilities to serve the residential development, providing 3no. parking spaces, including 1no. accessible, 8no. bicycle parking spaces, enclosed bin store and open-air courtyard.
