Retention permission for: (1) Detached single storey structure containing a bedroom with ancillary kitchen space and en-suite w/c and shower, and including a covered front porch enclosable by curtains, including hot tub/Jacuzzi with wood-fired water heater. The structure operates as an extension of the accommodation within the existing dwelling only and does not operate as an independent dwelling. (2) Detached single storey domestic outbuilding containing a) facilities for the keeping of pet dogs including kennels, washing / grooming facilities and ancillary w/c and shower; and b) domestic storage / utility space including heating system serving both the subject outbuilding and the existing dwelling. The facilities for the keeping of pet dogs are for domestic use incidental to the existing dwelling only and not for any commercial activities. (3) Detached single storey structure providing covered garden seating area. (4) Lengths of fencing along the north-western, south-western and north-eastern boundaries of the property, and a length of wall along the north-eastern boundary of the property, inside of the aforementioned fencing.
