PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: (i) Provision of external stairs to front lightwell, connecting lower ground floor and street levels; (ii) Modification to existing front railings and granite plinth wall to provide pedestrian access to same; (iii) Replacement of existing perspex signage with brass sign on front elevation at upper ground floor; (iv) Provision of signage to front railings; and (v) Provision of 2 no. angular wall mounted flag poles to front façade at first floor level.
