the sub-division and change-of-use of the existing former convent building into 4 No. independent residential dwellings, complete with bay window extensions to front elevation, demolition and replacement of existing porch with new design accommodating two new entrances, demolition of elements to the rear of the existing building and construction of new extensions alterations to the rear of the existing building, and all ancillary changes and revisions to all elevations. The above works to be undertaken to include widening existing right-of-way and entrance onto Old Waterford Road, introduction of a footpath and the construction of all ancillary and associated site works
