The development will consist of the following: 1. two storey extension to provide an additional 53 bedrooms, increasing the total number from 69 to 122 bedrooms, 2. alterations to the existing main entrance to provide a glazed canopy structure and entrance portico, 3. proposed covered walkway linking the main entrance to the extension entrance, 4. extension to the existing bar and lounge area, 5. proposed marquee type structure within the existing garden, 6. removal of amphitheatre type outdoor ceremony area, 7. proposed gardener’s shed, 8. reconfiguration of the existing surface car parking on site along with additional parking, increasing the total number of spaces from 252 to 272 including EV charging and Accessible Parking, and all associated site development works.
