Change of use, and associated internal works, of part of the existing building (167 sq.m. approx.) from warehouse to part workshop/light industrial (89 sq.m. approx.) and part water sampling hub (78 sq.m. approx.) to facilitate the overall use of the building as an Uisce Éireann Operations Centre; the provision of a window and security shutter on the north eastern façade of the building; the provision of a wash bay and 4 No. materials bunkers in external yard area; 2 No. replacement vehicular gates; a new pedestrian gate; Uisce Éireann signage on front (southwest) elevation; external air handling unit on northwestern side of building; and associated site development and drainage works.
