To (1) construct a new single storey extension to the south west elevation. (2) Make minor alterations to the existing floor layout plan and elevations of the existing dwelling house to incorporate the new extension. (3) Decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area and install a new on-site wastewater treatment system. The proposed installation will include a concrete septic tank and percolation area, including all associated ancillary site works.
