Provision of on curtilage and grouped car parking, including a proportion of electric charging spaces and ducting to all spaces for future electric charging points. Provision of landscaped communal open space areas, private open space, revised boundary treatments and public lighting. Provision of new vehicular and pedestrian entrance onto L-4602 County Road, together with provision of new roadside footpath and cycle lane. Culverting of existing drainage channel, with works to connect to the existing culvert along the L-4602. Surface water drainage arrangements to include on site attenuation, with connection to existing storm sewer along the L-4602.
