This development will consist of; EXTERNAL; minor alteration to the front elevation at lower ground floor level, new window opening at first floor level to the rear & repairs to the roof of the extension to the rear. INTERNAL; full underground drainage, mechanical & electrical upgrade. Removal of existing floor slab & internal walls at lower ground floor level, replacement with new insulated floor slab and associated structural works required to replace the existing internal walls, new opening between main reception rooms at entrance level, alteration to layout at first floor level, insulation retrofit of roofs & external walls and all ancillary site works.
