Retention permission is sought for the as constructed location of the house at Ballynoe East, Cappoquin, Co. Waterford. This is a change from that previously granted planning permission under P.D. 80/99.PLANNING PERMISSION is sought for (1) the completion of the existing partially constructed house, (2) the extension and modification of the partially constructed house, (3) the modification of window and door opes of the partially constructed house (4) a change in site boundaries from that originally granted permission, (5) a waste water treatment system and bored well, (6) a garage, (7) an entrance and access to the house consisting of the upgrading of an existing farm entrance and private laneway to the public road.
