The proposed development consists of: permission to discharge condition 14 of the previously granted permission under Planning Permission 16/218; minor alterations and additions to the dwelling house including: installation of a garage door at east elevation; installation of additional roof lights to north, east and west elevations; installation of additional windows to east and west elevations; installation of ground floor corridor linking east wing and west wing; installation of new waste water treatment system; and all associated site development works above and below ground.
