Planning permission is sought for the conversion of the existing garage to habitable space, replacement of the existing front garage door with a window, replacement of a side window in the kitchen with a new door to the garden, installation of a rooflight on the front facing roof, replacement of all external windows front and door, of a low construction front garden wall with a railing over to match the existing in front of the existing garage door, minor internal and external elevational alterations, all to the existing three dwelling.
