The proposed development will consist of the following works: (1) the erection of a new single storey entrance extension to the south east (side) elevation, (2) the erection of a new single storey glazed extension & the reconfiguration of existing ground floor windows to the south west (rear) elevation, (3) replacement of the existing front door with two new windows and (4) revised driveway parking to accommodate the proposed new works, together with all associated site development works.
