The development will consist of the demolition of the existing community hall building ‘Ionad Pobail’ to facilitate the construction of (A) a two-storey Community Center containing a sport’s hall; 2no. changing rooms with showering facilities; a gym; toilets and associated stores at ground floor level and a community room; a meeting room; an office; a tea station, a store and toilets at first floor level; (B) a detached kiosk building containing a plant room and heat pump enclosure and; (C) all associated site works at Ionad Pobail, Garraí na dTor, Lios Póil, Co. Chiarraí. The proposed works are in lieu of those permitted under Planning Refs 24/60638 and 25/60153.
