Permission to upgrade a domestic waste water treatment system. An existing percolation area will be decommissioned and waste will instead be processed by a treatment system comprising an underground coconut filter and gravel pad (175 m2) which will be at existing ground level, located in the south east corner of the site. The material from the decommissioned percolation area will be retained for landscaping
