a) a change of use from a postal sorting office, a warehouse and external yard area to a food & craft market and event venue, b) modification to the facade at No. 32 High Street, c) construction works consisting of modifications to the site boundary wall and a roof canopy to the external area at Keizer Street and High Street, d) construction of a single store extension to the side of the former postal sorting office, e) construction of a mezzanine floor level within the former postal sorting office, f) construction of signage at High Street, Keizer Street and Custom House Quay, g) demolition of external boiler house and f) all ancillary site works
