(1) renovate a derelict property comprising of a single storey stone cottage with a mass concrete extension to the side (2) demolish an existing single leaf block built extension to the rear (3) demolish an existing thatch under tin roof over the stone cottage and replace with a new roof (4) demolish an existing tin roof over the mass concrete extension and replace with a new roof (5) minor modifications to the elevations (6) install a mechanical treatment unit & polishing filter and all associated site works
