The development will consist of construction of proposed single storey dwelling, demolish existing agricultural shed, install a proprietary sewage treatment system, removal of agricultural gates & form new entrance to public road consequent to Outline Planning Permission granted under reference no. 22/925. Permission is also sought to demolish existing outbuilding with associated site works.
