The development will consist of the following works; (a) construct an all-weather training pitch (25m x 50m). (b) erect 2.4m high perimeter wire fence with additional 3.6m high netting installed above wire fencing at either end, (6.0m high in total). (c) erect 4no. 15m high lighting columns with floodlighting to illuminate the training pitch, together with all associated site works.
