Natural materials that are already in the river will be sufficient to complete the works. Works will be conducted at intermittent locations along a total river length of 1.5km. The purpose of these works is to improve breeding conditions, and general habitat, for Atlantic salmon and wild brown trout stocks. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
