Retention permission is sought for the removal of railings / gates to the front of the site (south western side). Permission is sought for the removal of existing unauthorised fences / gates and the erection of new, permanent gates and fencing. This includes: - Gates to the front (south western side) and rear (north eastern side) of the site; - Fencing to front, side and rear (south western, south eastern and north eastern side) of the site; - Part demolition of the wall adjacent to front gate; and - All associated landscaping and ancillary works.
