for the continued use of part of the existing authorised quarry (QD.0016 and 212132), including processing of sand and aggregates (crushing, screening, washing and lined settlement ponds) and stockpile storage area, machinery, wheelwash, maintenance shed, staff facilities and wastewater holding tanks, over circa 5.57 hectares; the extension of the quarry for extraction of sand and gravel over circa 1.67 hectares on land to the south of the existing authorised development; the restoration of the site thereafter using both site won soils and the importation of circa 100,000 tonnes of clean uncontaminated inert soil and stone by-products (a non-EIA scheduled activity that does not require waste authorisation); all related ancillary activities and facilities within a total site area of 7.24 hectares over a term of 10 years
