(1) Permission to construct a workshop and extend existing yard. (2) Extend existing workshop on the south elevation. (3) Raise the roof of the existing workshop on the south elevation to match existing roof profile of the main workshop. (4) Provide a roof over the existing concrete yard between the existing workshop and and the proposed new workshop. (5) Remove existing temporary structure to south side of workshop.
