(a) blanking existing sewage pipework that connects an existing dormer bungalow dwelling to the main wastewater treatment plant serving the overall golf course development known as The European Club; (b) installation of a new independent on-site domestic wastewater treatment system to cater for the existing dwelling including re-routing the existing pipework within the proposed development site; (c) landscaping, connection to all other relevant existing site services and all associated development works
