(i) to demolish the existing single storey Cold Room Lean-to building on the Southern side of the existing Supermarket building, (ii) to construct a single storey Extension on the Southern side of the existing Supermarket building and amalgamate the proposed Extension with the existing SuperValu Supermarket Unit (iii) to revise the Car Park layout and reduce the ground level of the Southern section of the existing Car Park and associated external signage and site works
