Re-ordering of the existing veterinary clinic, to include (i) demolition of Building B (125.38 sq m); (ii) alteration of Building A comprising internal and external amendments including construction of a single storey extension (174.28 sq m) on the northern side of the existing building; internal re-ordering; alteration of existing facades, including demolition of existing porch / bay window (1.76 sqm), alteration of location or size of existing opes and addition of new opes; and conversion of attic space from commercial floorspace to storage; and all other ancillary site works. The subject application will reduce the total gross floorspace of the veterinary clinic from 273.24 sq m to 269.66 sq m.
