Permission for the development consisting of adaption and modifications of existing flat roof kitchen extension to rear south west elevation to include removal of existing flat roof and roof light and replacement with new pitched plain tiled roof with apex roof light, 2 new bay windows to the south west and south east elevations of existing kitchen extension, removal of existing flat roof to rear south west facing bay window of family room and replacement with lean to tiled roof, removal of existing non original bay window to rear south west facing drawing room and provision of new covered external seating area with new pitched roof and apex rooflight along with lean to roof to BBQ area to rear, all associated landscaping and services to rear terrace areas. Internal alterations to provide new pantry/boot room and wc, closing up of door between drawing room and family room to provide new larger ope within existing floor plan. Retiling and upgrading works to existing main roof, upgrading works to original windows and minor alterations to existing drainage.
