(01) Retain an existing single storey standalone home office building as constructed, (02) Full Planning Permission to extend the existing dwelling house by constructing a new side and rear single storey extension, (03) Up-grade the existing front porch by removing the existing roof and replace with a new flat roof and parapet with minor elevation changes, (04) Make minor alterations to the existing first floor and ground floor layout of the existing dwelling house to accommodate the proposed new extensions, including all associated ancillary site works
