The proposed development will consist of a change of house type to that permitted under Reg. Ref. 23/762 along with minor amendments to the associated permitted landscaping and site works in the vicinity of the house and relocation of the permitted on-site wastewater treatment system and percolation area. The new house type will be predominantly single storey in nature with a small two storey element to facilitate attic storage. It will be smaller in floor area than the permitted house type and the single storey shed will be detached from the house.
