An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application. The EIAR will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority. An EPA-Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) licence will be applied for to facilitate the operation of the proposed development.
