Permission for development which consists of: the proposed development will consist of revisions to the existing retail/café/restaurant unit (approx. 206 sq m) at the ground floor level of Block A of ‘The Westwood’ development. The development provides for revisions to the internal ground floor layout (including seating areas) with a reallocation of space to consist of approx. 110.5 sq m café/restaurant use and approx. 95.5 sq m retail use (including all back of house areas, storage and circulation space areas) and all associated works.
