Retention/Permission will consist/consists of retention of existing replacement dwelling incorporating attic storage and mezzanine area on footprint of original demolished derelict dwelling/outbuilding to include additional floor area of 12.70m2 to same, retention and completion of existing front boundary wall adjacent to public road, retention of existing septic tank, proposed percolation area ancillary to same, proposed surface water soakaway together with all associated site works.
