1. Construction of a vehicle bridge (c.58m in length) spanning the River Rye, connecting Moyglare Hall Estate to the proposed Maynooth Outer Orbital Route (MOOR) in Moygaddy, Co. Meath (subject to separate and concurrent planning application to Meath County Council) . The bridge will consist of 2 no. vehicle carriageways (2-way traffic flow), with verges, segregated cycle tracks, public lighting and footpaths on either side of the vehicle carriageways; 2.Construction of a pedestrian/cycle bridge (c. 25m in length) spanning the River Rye alongside the existing vehicular bridge forming part of the R157, connecting to the existing footpath network along the Dunboyne Road and the proposed active travel infrastructure in Moygaddy, Co. Meath (subject to separate and concurrent planning application to Meath County Council); 3. Provision of a water connections from proposed services in Moygaddy, Co. Meath (subject to separate and concurrent planning application to Meath County Council0 under the River Rye and along the Dunboyne Road to connect to the existing wastewater pumping station and water services; and 4. All associated ancillary site works. It is noted that the subject planning application is associated with a separate and concurrent Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) planning application submitted to Meath County Council in relation to development at Moygaddy, Co. Meath. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report and a Natura Impact Statement have been prepared in respect of the proposed development
