The development being retained consists changes to dwelling and domestic garage from that previously granted permission under planning reference no SA/60557 which includes the following (a) Basement under dwelling for use as gym and cinema room (b) Sunroom extension to side, (c) Change of roof style from hip to gable over rear projection (d) Omission of stone facing on side and rear elevations of existing dwelling together with modifications to elevations (e) Increased size of domestic garage together with modifications to elevations. (f) All associated site works.
